Over the last 15 years of consulting, I have found that businesses & organizations are highly motivated by the goal of bringing in more money— either by revenue generation or charitable donations and improved productivity. The initial call is invariably, “we need more money” or “we need greater productivity”. This is not necessarily the starting point for leaders and teams.
Here’s the rub. While dysfunctional systems and mismatched individuals remained in place, sustained results eluded them. This is not a “money problem’, it’s a “people problem”.
This is why my consulting practice has a strong emphasis on executive coaching, team building and leadership development. I specialize in helping you fix the underlying issues that show up as “money problems”!
